Returns

We hope you love your ACTIV purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration.

Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact info@activ-wear.com and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
